✅ Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance systems and applications
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features
• Conduct code reviews and ensure technical best practices are followed
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
• Monitor, debug, and optimize application performance in production
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
• Contribute to documentation, testing, and CI/CD pipeline improvements

🎓 Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related field
• 3–6 Yrs of hands-on professional experience
• Strong proficiency in Python, Django, Redis
• Excellent problem-solving skills and algorithmic thinking
• Strong communication and written English skills
• Experience in Agile / Scrum development methodologies

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Prior experience at a product-based company or fast-growing startup
• Open source contributions or active GitHub profile
• Knowledge of system design patterns and distributed systems
