1. Engagement & Delivery
All projects follow the Hitender.biz Engineering Protocol. 48-hour delivery applies to standard high-performance builds upon receipt of all required assets and data from the client.
2. Payment Terms
Website services start from ₹5,999. A 50% commitment fee is required to initiate architectural design, with the balance due upon deployment to the production server.
3. IP & Ownership
Upon final payment, full ownership of the front-facing website assets transfers to the client. Proprietary automation logic and AI training models remain the intellectual property of Hitender.biz unless otherwise specified in a custom Enterprise agreement.
4. Performance Guarantee
We guarantee 90+ Lighthouse performance scores for all static builds. Ongoing SEO results and AI chatbot accuracy depend on continuous data refinement and market conditions.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
